Skymeld Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how 한베에듀 (Hanbe Edu) ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use Skymeld: Space Shooter (the "App"), available on the App Store and Google Play. Skymeld is an arcade vertical space shooter that plays offline. Your game progress is saved only on your device; we run no game servers and never receive it.

What information we collect

Information you provide or create in the App

• Game progress. Your high scores, stage progress, Codex, cores, upgrades, daily missions and settings. This is stored only on your device; we do not keep a copy and cannot see it.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are billed by the App Store or Google Play. The game only receives confirmation of which packs you own so it can unlock them. We never receive your card or payment details.
• Messages to us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

• Advertising data. The game shows ads through our advertising partner, which collects information such as your advertising identifier (on iOS, only if you allow tracking), your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system and app version, and your interactions with ads.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide the game and save your progress on your device.
• Process purchases and unlock the packs you buy.
• Show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch and occasional ads between runs, and measure how they perform.
• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

• Advertising partner and app stores. We use Google AdMob for advertising. Apple and Google process in-app purchases. These partners receive the information described above and handle it under their own privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Legal obligations and rights. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law or legal process, or needed to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, ourselves or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.

Your rights and choices

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

• Ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad privacy options. On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Rewarded ads are always optional, and the Starter pack removes ads between runs.
• Deleting your data. The game has no accounts, so everything it stores stays on your device. Uninstalling the game removes it.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

• Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game. Your device's own backups may contain it, according to your device settings.
• Advertising information is kept by Google according to its own retention policies.
• We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to answer them.

International data transfers

Our advertising partner and the app stores may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

Minimum age

Skymeld is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the App.
